How to send a takedown notice

Email unblinternetuniversity@proton.me with the subject line “DMCA notice”. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), your notice should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine).
  2. The copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
  3. The page(s) on this site where it appears – the full link, for example https://classroom6x.unblinternetuniversity.workers.dev/game-name/.
  4. Your contact details: name, address, phone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

We normally remove the reported material within a few days of receiving a complete notice and reply to let you know.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It should include your signature, the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your name, address and phone number with consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court. We may then restore the material unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringement

We remove material that is repeatedly reported and confirmed as infringing.

Please note

Sending a notice that you know is false can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). If you aren't sure whether something infringes your rights, consider getting legal advice first.
